Permit violation can be termed as the act of reporting a false alarm incident after crossing the permit expiration date. This section enables the user to generate the permit violation report for a selected date range. The violation report displays the details that include (1) Permit information, (2) Permit expiry date, (3) History of violated incidents, (4) Total number of incidents after the expiry date, (5) Total outstanding bills, and (6) Total outstanding bill amount.
In addition, the user can view the report summary that includes (1) Total permit violators, (2) Total old permit holders, and (3) Total violation incidents. This report is generated in the .PDF format.
Perform the following steps to generate the permit violation report:
1. From the City drop-down box, select the city name.
2. In the From Date box, enter the starting range of the period.
3. In the To Date box, enter the ending range of the period and click Show Report to generate the Permit Violation report.
