This screen is utilized by the permit holder while retrieving the forgotten login user name or password to access the Citizen website. The citizen needs to specify its Permit number and the system does the task of delivering the user name and password to the registered e-mail address.
Perform the following steps to get your login user name and password:
1. In the Permit Number box enter the permit number, enter verification code and click Submit to display the screen to enter permit details.

2. In the Permit Location box, enter the registered permit address.
3. In the Any one Contact Person as listed on permit box, enter the Contact person’s name mentioned during registration.

In the Any one Contact Person’s Phone Number as listed on permit box,
enter the Contact person’s phone number.
5. Click the Submit button to display the screen to enter the e-mail address.

In the Email Id box, enter the email address.

Note:
The Login details would be sent via e-mail on the mentioned e-mail address.
Once
you obtain the login you will be able to access following modules: Registration
details, View Bills, View Incidents and Change Password.
