Pay Your Bills

The screen enables the permit holder to pay monthly bills and the permit renewal fees. As a citizen enters the required details for the payment, the system directs him/her to the secured default payment gateway.

Note: It is essential for the citizen to follow the mentioned instructions in the payment gateway to pay the bills.

Perform the following steps to make a payment:

1. In the Permit Number box, enter the permit number.

2. In the Bill Number box, enter the bill number for which the payment is to be made.

3. In the Email Address box, enter the registered email address and click Continue to display the Bill Summary screen.

The Bill Summary screen displays the entered the permit number, permit name and bill details of the mentioned bill number. In addition, the user can make a payment for another bill by utilizing this screen.

4. In the Bill No. box, enter the bill number and click Add Bill to add the bill details in the payment process.

5. In the Payment box, enter the amount to be paid each bill details.

6. Click on Continue Payment Process button to make online payment.

Note: Due to security limitation, it is not in scope of this document to display the online payment gateway.
