This report is an important tool for users to keep a track on number of false alarms reported in the specified period by alarm instruments installed by a specific vendor. The report displays alarm permit details that include (1) Permit number, (2) Permit name, (3) Location, (4) Phone number, (5) Permit issue date, (6) Permit Expiry date, and (7) Whether the reported alarm was a false alarm?
In addition, the report highlights (1) total number of false alarms reported in the selected period, (2) total false alarms by the specified vendor in the period, and (3) percentage of false alarms caused by the specified by the vendor. This report is generated in .PDF format.
Note: In order to generate this report, the user must know the vendor’s State License number.
Perform the following steps to generate the false alarm by vendor report:
1. In the State License Number box, enter the vendor’s state license number.
2. In the From Date box, enter the starting range of the period.
3. In the To Date box, enter the ending range of the period and click Show Report to generate the False Alarm by Vendor report.
